Its official our house is up for sale. I have mixed emotions about it. But most of my mixed emotions are because its all so up in the air. Will it sell quickly? Will it take forever? We just don't know but it is for sale either way. I am trying to not wonder and worry since there is no use in it. I took pictures for our MLS and so I used them to make some collages to remember our little house by. Isn't it such a cute little house, humble yes, but cute.

Here are things we love about living in our home and neighborhood:
- Really nice neighbors
- Free preschool for 3 years olds and 4 year olds
- Great little school for our neighborhood
- We live right along the scenic Truckee river
- Right next to the Lockwood river trail park
- Great club house with gym, library, and pool
- Our annul dine at the dump ;)
- Living close to the mouth of a beautiful canyon where there are tons of wild horses to spot
- There is a fitness trail with outdoor workout equipment on it
- There are monthly social events
- We have a baseball field, soccer/football field, two tennis courts, and two basketball courts
- The front lawn care is taken care of
- Live right off the I-80 so you have fast access to everything in Sparks/Reno, no street driving
- 6 minutes away from Target, Legends outlets, and the water park
- They are building a neighborhood garden, will be super cool
- They are building a dog park
- Its quite and peaceful
- 24 hour security for our neighborhood with patrol cars and everything
- They have a community food bank twice a week where they collect surplus from stores and give the food out to the neighborhood, you can save $300 on groceries
- We love our ward, they really look out for everyone and are really down to earth
- There are 400 houses in our community and there is a small town feel as we are outside of the city...everyone waves and chats with each other and congrats you on babies and stuff.
-They have a senior center that provides social event, weekday lunches, and transportation to medical apt. and things of that nature.
-There is a community clothes and small item exchange store where you can get things for free and donate the extra things you no longer need
- We live next to the Lockwood trial and river access park where you have access to the river for fishing, tubing, rafting, and trail walking
